［摘 要］ 在分析国内外现有相关立法经验的基础上，研究对骗租骗购保障性住房行为追究刑事责任的必要性，并探讨了其犯罪构成，以期为此类行为规制提供立法导向。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the existing legislative experience of punishing the behavior of obtaining security room by fraud at home and abroad, then points out that it is necessary to hold criminal liability for obtaining security room by fraud, and discusses the composition of such a crime, in order to provide support for future revision of laws.
