［摘 要］ 就施工总承包合同模式下的承包范围、工期、质量、安全文明及工程经济管理等方面进行了研究，对合同中存在的一些隐性风险提出建议，使合同内容更具透明性与缜密性，合同管理更具操作性，对施工总承包企业的合同管理具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: This paper researches the contract range, schedule, quality, safe and civilization ,and the engineering economic management on construction for general construction contract companies under domestic engineering contract model , gives some recommendations for the recessive risks in contract, which makes contract content with much transparency and rigor, and contract management more operational. It has certain significance on contract management for construction contracting enterprises.
