［摘 要］ 本文通过文献回顾和专家访谈等方式识别了53个私人工程投标报价决策变量，采用问卷调查和因子分析等方法将这些变量提炼为七个关键因素，并计算它们的重要性指数。研究发现：当前建筑市场环境下，市场条件、合约管理、建筑企业管理和发展战略对建筑承包商在私人工程投标报价决策上的影响最大。

Abstract: Using literature review and interview with professionals, this paper identifies 53 preliminary factors of tender offer decisionmaking for private projects. Through questionnaire survey and factor analysis technique, categorizes the preliminary factors into seven key factors which are further ranked in accordance with their importance indices. It is found that the market competitive situations, contract management, enterprise management and competitive strategies are more important for contractors decision on tender pricing.
