［摘 要］ 结合新加坡环球影城总承包项目管理实践，系统分析海外大型工程项目管理中管理者面临的冲突以及所采取的冲突管理策略、管理方法和管理模式，并提出冲突管理是海外大型工程项目综合管理中一项重要的管理范畴，应将其纳入项目管理各环节等观点及相关建议。

Abstract: Referring to the general contract project management practice of Universal Studios Singapore, the paper analyzes the conflicts that project managers met comprehensively, and proposes the conflict management strategy, method and model in overseas large project. Finally, points out that conflict management is an important category of project management in overseas large project, and we should bring it into every aspect of project management.
