［摘 要］ 针对国内传统项目管控模式的不足，研究集约化项目管控模式在国内建筑企业实施的可行性。提出实施集约化项目管控模式的四项内容：建设与完善公司总部，明确公司总部与项目部之间的职责权限，由总部集中控制财务资金、大宗材料采购和人力资源管理，项目部负责项目的具体实施；实施项目的绩效考核，以激励项目经理及主要管理人员的工作；实施项目管理信息化，实现项目的精细化管理。集约化项目管控模式可以有效提升企业的项目经营管理水平和核心竞争力。

Abstract: For the shortage of management and control model of domestic traditional project,the paper makes a study on the feasibility of implementation of intensive project management and control model in domestic construction enterprises. Proposes four aspects to establish the intensive project management and control model, including the construction and improvement of the corporate headquarters; the functional division of authorities between the headquarters and the project office, financial capital, procurement of bulk materials and human resource management are centralized controlled by the headquarters, and project office is responsible for the process of project construction; the promotion of performance appraisal system, to encourage the work efficiency of project managers and key management personnel of the project; and application of informatization technology in project management, to fulfill the delicacy management of the project. The implementation of intensive project management and control model will enhance the project management level and core competitiveness of the construction enterprises.
