［摘 要］ 本文采用超效率DEA方法，对2000-2010年间我国不同所有制建筑企业的技术效率进行了分析。研究发现：我国建筑企业是有效率的，但近年来呈下降趋势；在不同所有制建筑企业中，国有企业更有技术效率，其次分别为外商投资企业、港澳台商投资企业和集体企业；随着外资建筑企业的发展，考察期内外资建筑企业表现出明显的追赶效应，使得外资建筑企业的技术效率要优于内资建筑企业。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the technical efficiency of different forms of ownership of construction enterprises during 2000-2010 by the superefficiency DEA. The study finds that: Chinas construction enterprises are efficient, but shows the downward trend in recent years; in the construction enterprises of different ownership, the stateowned enterprises are more efficient, followed by foreigninvested enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwaninvested enterprises and collective enterprises; with the development of foreignfunded construction enterprises, they show significant catchup effect, and make the technical efficiency of foreign construction companies to be better than the domesticfunded construction enterprises during the review period.
