基于有序Logistical回归的低碳建筑影响因素研究——以河北省建筑业为例

[摘 要] 以河北省建筑业为例,运用有序Logistical回归模型探讨我国建筑业实施低碳建筑影响因素。结果表明,政府政策、公众参与意识、技术和工艺、资金保障、环境规划、主体特性、建筑材料和能源管理为显著影响因素。最后,针对这些因素提出对策与建议,以利于提高低碳建筑的实施水平。

Abstract: Based on the construction in Hebei province, the paper uses Ordinal Logistical regression model to analyze the influence factors of the implementing low carbon buildings of construction in China. The result shows that government policy, social participation, technology and process, capital security, environmental planning, main characteristics, building materials and energy management are significant factors. Finally, this paper proposes some countermeasures for these influence factors, in order to improve the level of implementing low carbon building.
