基于系统动力学的建筑废弃物经济成本评估

[摘 要] 基于系统动力学的理论及方法,构建用于评估建筑废弃物经济成本的评估模型,并以深圳市住宅建筑为例进行实证研究。研究结果表明,系统动力学能合理地解决建筑废弃物的经济成本评估问题,为建设管理人员提供有效的经济成本信息。

Abstract: Based on the theory and methodology of system dynamics, this paper establishes an assessment model to assess economic costs of construction waste, and makes empirical study of residential buildings in Shenzhen. The results shows that the system dynamics is a reasonable solution to the problem of the cost estimates of construction waste, and provides effective information of economic cost for construction managers.
