［摘 要］ 针对房地产企业的内外部复杂环境，分析房地产企业的复杂适应性特征，探讨房地产企业系统的主体在交互与学习的过程中增强企业适应性的演化机制，建立房地产企业演化发展模型，得出房地产企业发展应遵循“感知环境—选择—复制—变异—涌现”的演化路径，为房地产企业在复杂环境下健康发展提出新的思路。

Abstract: For the complicated exterior and interior environment of real estate enterprises, this paper analyzes the complex adaptive characteristics of the real estate enterprises based on complex adaptive theory, discusses the evolution mechanism which enhances enterprise's adaptation in the process of interaction and learning in real estate enterprise system, and establishes the evolution and development model, gets a evolutionary path which is “perceptionselectcopyvariationspring up”. At last,this paper puts forward new ideas of the healthy development for real estate enterprise in the complex environment.
