［摘 要］ 新的法律、法规、规章制度以及各种示范文本的不断更新出台，为施工企业强化管理带来新的契机和挑战。结合工作实践阐释投标及合同签订阶段合同管理工作的重要性，从具体细节入手，对新形势下如何进一步做好合同管理工作提出意见及建议。

Abstract: With the new laws, regulations, rules and kinds of mode texts coming, construction enterprises have some new opportunities and challenges to improve management. Combining with working practice, the paper expounds the importance of contract management in the bidding and contract signing stage, and puts forward opinions and suggestions to improve the contract management from the specific details.
