［摘 要］ 投标文件“撤回”与“撤销”虽一字之差，但其意义却大相径庭。通过词义内涵、法律规定、历史渊源、法律辨析和适用情形等多个方面对其进行意义辨析，以期寻找两者之间的相同之处和差异特点，便于从业人员正确理解和灵活运用，从而促进招标投标活动的顺利实施。

Abstract: Although "withdraw" and "revoke" only have absence of one word in Chinese, the implication is actually far from. this article discriminates the meanings from several respects of word connotation, legal provisions, historical origin and applicable cases to show their similarities and differences, in order to correctly understand and use to ensure the bidding work is smoothly implemented.
