［摘 要］ 将资金时间价值原理引入工程招标工作，研究分析资金时间价值在招投标活动中的应用，并以实例论证其对中标结果所产生的影响。它是招投标工作在理念和方法上的一个创新，对招标工作具有变革性的影响和现实价值。

Abstract: This paper applies time value of funds to bid work of project, analyzes the application of it in the process of inviting and evaluation of project, and proves the influence to tender result through examples. The result shows that time value of funds is an innovation of theory and method in bid work and has important influence and actual value to bid work.
