［摘 要］ 从国际EPC工程特点出发，结合中国企业现状对汇率波动、工期、付款方式、成本组成及现金流五大因素进行详细剖析，形成外汇风险量化的科学方法，为中国承包企业在国际承包中实现精细化管理提供参考。

Abstract: Based on EPC contract characters and Chinese contractor's situation, detailed analyzes the five factors such as exchange rate fluctuation, contract duration, measure of payment, cost component and cash flow, forming a formula of risk quantification, so as to provide reference in realizing diligent management for Chinese Contractor.
