［摘 要］ 对中国管理情境下的PPP项目和组织间信任的概念进行界定,通过整理和分析大量文献归纳出组织间信任问题研究的现状，并指出其不足及对PPP项目中信任问题研究的启示,最后，总结了现有文献对于组织间信任动态特征描述归纳为四个方面，并纳入同一研究框架之下，得出PPP项目中信任的动态演化过程，进而提出PPP项目中信任提升与维持的策略建议。

Abstract: This paper defines the concept of PPP project in the context of Chinese management and trust between organizations,and concludes the status quo of the studies of trust between organizations through a thorough literature review, and points out the deficiency and the revelation of studying trust in PPP project. Finally, this paper describes 4 dynamic characters of trust between organizations, and brings them into a whole research framework to get the dynamic evolving process of trust in PPP projects,and moreover, gives some countermeasures to promote and maintain the trust in PPP projects.
