［摘 要］ 根据2005~2010年相关统计数据，利用灰色关联分析理论计算辽宁省和比较省市的灰色关联度，得到相关指标对建筑业总产值的灰色关联度排序和对比曲线。分析结果表明：新签订合同总额对建筑业总产值影响最大，辽宁省建筑业的现代化和机械化水平与其他建筑强省相比有待提高，应通过人员技能培训和提高技术装备率等方式提高劳动生产率等对总产值的影响。

Abstract: According to the statistics from 2005 to 2010, calculates the grey relational grade of Liaoning province and other provinces by grey correlation analysis theory, then gets the grey correlation degree sorting of related indexes to construction industry output, and analyzes the?correlation curve of grey correlation degree of different provinces. The result shows that the total value of new signing contract is the greatest factor for the construction industry output. Compared to other provinces with prosperous construction industry, the level of modernization and mechanization of the construction industry in Liaoning should be improved. It is need to increase the impact of labor productivity on construction industry output through staff skills training and improving the technical equipment rate.
