发展绿色建筑的激励约束机制研究

[摘 要] 我国发展绿色建筑,符合科学发展观的要求。本文在委托代理理论的基础上,以政府、建筑相关企业、消费者为研究对象,探讨绿色建筑发展过程中三者的关系,并结合基于多方利益主体的绿色建筑激励约束的基本原则,提出激励约束机制的框架,以期使三者利益趋于一致,实现三方共赢。[关键词] 委托—代理理论,绿色建筑,激励约束机制Abstract: The development of green building in China is in line with the demands of scientific development.
