[摘　要]　分析EPC总承包模式下的设计管理过程，归纳出EPC总承包模式与传统DBB模式下的设计管理的差异，针对EPC总承包设计管理存在的问题，从提高集成能力，设计流程再造，引入全过程投资控制等几个方面提出对策建议。

Abstract: This papaer analyzes the process of design management in EPC general contracting pattern, explores the differences of design management between EPC pattern and traditional DBB pattern, then puts forward suggestions on the basis of the exist problems in EPC design management, such as improving integrated ability, reengineering design process, introduction of project cost management in the whole process and so on.
