[摘　要]　EPC总承包模式在国内逐渐推广运用，但是以联营体作为总承包商的EPC模式工程项目存在着很多不确定性。在查阅大量文献的基础上，结合专家访谈，对影响国内EPC联营体总承包商的风险因素进行系统分析研究，建立EPC模式联营体总承包商主要风险因素模型，为有效把握EPC模式工程项目的关键风险提供参考。

Abstract: EPC mode uses joint venture as owner, puts into widespread application gradually, but there are many shortcomings of it. After looking up a large amount of related literature, this paper carried out a systematical analysis of risks of EPC mode for joint owner, and establishes a risk mode, with the purpose of play a guidance role model for effective to grasp the crucial risks of the EPC model projects.
