[摘　要]　基于系统集成的基本原理，分析施工过程中进度和成本的相关性，研究将施工项目进度和成本两个要素集成起来进行计划和控制的方法，并提出将其应用于工程实践的前提条件，研究成果可直接用于施工项目管理实践，同时可作为进一步研发施工项目进度成本集成管理计算机辅助决策系统的基础。

Abstract: Based on the principle of system integration, this paper analyzes the correlation of progress and cost in the construction process, and the plan and control method of integrating the progress and cost of construction projects, and provides the precondition of applying into the construction practice. The research result can directly guide the construction management practice and also work as the base of the developing the compute aid decision system of construction project cost and progress integration management.
