[摘　要]　在分析国内外BIM技术标准和BIM合同发展现状的基础上，指出制订适合我国BIM标准的工程合同体系将有助于明确项目各方法律责任、确定交付标准和强化项目协同，从而推进BIM技术的应用和实施。在合同模式选择上，应以不改变现有合同体系，增加合同附件的方式实施BIM为应然选择。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the status of BIM technical standards and BIM contract, noted that the development suited to China's BIM standard engineering contract system will help to clear the parties legal responsibility, enhance the parties coordination and promote the development of BIM technology. As for the choice of mode in the contract, the correct approach is to maintain the existing contract system, and then prepare the appendix to BIM.
