[摘　要]　以中原油田25万吨/年催化汽油加氢/制氢联合装置及配套工程为实例，从决策、设计、施工、竣工结算等几个阶段对造价精细化管理进行了深入细致的分析，认为通过加强全过程工程造价精细化管理，能够增强全员成本控制意识，主动预测，细化、量化各个管理环节，从而实现工程投资经济效益和社会效益的最大化。

Abstract: Take auxiliary project of 250,000 ton per year catalytic hydrogenation hydrogen manufacturing program of Zhongyuan Oilfield as an example, analyzes the delicacy management of construction costs from decision, design, construction and final account, It is concluded that by strengthening delicacy management of whole process cost, can consolidate the awareness of cost control. And through active forecasting, detailing each management link, the social and economic benefits of project investment realizes maximization.
