[摘　要]　从输电线路工程的造价及其构成出发，分析传统管理模式下输电线路业主方造价控制存在的问题，结合工程典型案例，阐述采用EPC模式对输电线路工程投资控制的主要优势，为输电线路建设管理单位更好地控制工程造价提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the cost and cost structure of transmission line project, this paper analyzes the existing problems of cost controlling for owner under the traditional management mode. Combines typical engineering to analyze the advantages of cost controlling by using EPC mode in transmission line project, provides god references for the owners of transmission line project.
