[摘　要]　招标控制价早期的应用对合理确定有效控制工程造价发挥了不可替代的作用，但随着招投标双方市场格局的变化，日益凸显出不合理性。根据路桥行业的实践经验，总结分析招标控制价在应用过程中存在的不合理性及导致的后果，并提出改进建议与措施，希望能引起更多同业人士的共鸣。

Abstract: The early application of bidding price control in road and bridge industry plays an irreplaceable role in effectively controlling the project cost. But as the bidding market pattern changes, it shows the unreasonable side more and more. With the several years practical experience in road and bridge industry, summarizes the unreasonable points and the consequences, raises suggestions and measures, in order to strike a chord.
