[摘　要]　对目前我国建设工程监理行业发展中存在的问题进行分析，探讨建设工程监理行业面临的发展机会，并就建设工程监理行业发展提出完善法规体系、加强诚信建设等建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems and discusses the opportunities in development of the construction engineering supervision industry. According to the occlusions, makes some reasonable suggestions on the development in this field, such as optimizing the regulation system and strengthening credibility construction.
