[摘　要]　近年来，具有行业特长（如化工、石油等）的勘察设计企业EPC工程总承包发展迅速，但民用建筑设计行业的工程总承包业务发展缓慢。通过SWOT分析方法对民用建筑设计行业拓展EPC业务模式的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行分析，并展望其发展前景。

Abstract: In recent years, the soil surveying and designing companies specializing in certain industries, such as chemical, petroleum, etc., have been undertaking the EPC projects with rapid growth. However the development in civilian building design industry is quite slow. Through SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of expounding EPC mode for civilian building design industry, and looks forward to its development prospects.
