[摘　要]　采用数据包络分析（DEA）方法，对2005~2010年我国建筑业效率进行评价，指出我国建筑业效率有所下降，其原因主要是建筑企业自身能力跟不上新技术要求、综合能力不足、规模把控能力有限以及行业整体不规范等，建议从规范行业、加大技术创新力度、提升人员素质等方面入手，提升我国建筑业效率。

Abstract: This paper evaluates the efficiency of Chinese construction industry from 2005 to 2010 using the Date Envelopment Analysis（DEA） method, and finds out the decreasing trend in Chinese construction industry. The research points out the reasons for the decreasing efficiency are incapability of Chinese construction industry to adapt the technology improvement, weakly comprehensive abilities, clumsiness in scale-control, and irregularities of Chinese construction market system. In order to promote efficiency, suggests to regulate market system, strengthen technical innovation and improve the personnel quality.
