［摘　要]　以上海虹桥国际机场扩建工程投运为契机，通过能耗预测与分析，确定节能目标、构建节能管理工作机制，充分发挥已规划建设技术成果的作用，采取切实可行的管理措施和技术措施，取得了较好的节能管理成效，探索了一条大型民用机场运行节能管理的可行之路。

Abstract: Taking the expanded part of Shanghai Hongqiao international airport as a example, through energy consumption forecast and analyzing energy targets, sets effective energy saving management pattern, makes the best use of the designed energy saving equipment and facilities，takes practical management measures and technical measures. Finally haves achieved good results, discovers a way of energy-saving management which suits the large civil airports operation.
