［摘　要]　就工程量清单招标中需要注意的表格的规范完整性，参考工程量清单计算的准确性以及招标工程量清单计算口径与结算工程量计算口径的一致性等招标要点，进行探讨与论述，以均衡承发包双方的利益。

Abstract: This article discusses the integrality of table, veracity of the calculations standard of BOQ bidding and consistency between bidding calculating calibers and settlement calculating calibers, in order to balancing the the interests of contractor and proprietor.
