［摘　要]　分析高校新区建设财务管理工作存在的一些问题，结合实际阐释了高校财务管理全程参与新区工程建设的管理流程，以实现有效控制投资，降低工程成本，提高工程项目投资收益的目标。最后就建立基建财务内控制度表见了相关的看法。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems of financial management work in new campus construction, expounds the management process of financial management partaking in whole process in new campus construction, in order to realize effective control investment and reduce project costs, and increase the project investment income target. Finally puts forward relevant opinions to build infrastructure financial system of internal control.
