［摘　要]　工程竣工阶段是工程建设的最后阶段又是工程最终造价的形成阶段，竣工结算审核是造价控制的关键。通过对工程竣工结算前期、中期、后期审核主要内容的探讨，提出竣工结算的审核流程和相关要求。

Abstract: Project cost control runs through the whole process of engineering construction, the completion phase is a key of control of cost. In this paper, according to discussing the main content of the period before, during and after of settlement, discusses the main content of engineering cost auditing in the project completion settlement stage, put forward the process and requirements of completion settlement auditing.
