基于共同代理框架的项目经理授权赋能研究

摘 要] 针对建设工程管理领域中对项目经理激励不足的问题,已有学者将授权赋能引入该领域中。在此基础上研究指出:授权赋能是激发项目经理自我效能的有效手段,而项目经理则是授权赋能的高度响应群体。结合建设工程的共同代理关系,阐述项目经理授权赋能的特殊性。并指出我国项目经理授权赋能研究应充分考虑中国情形,该研究具有多重复杂性和整合性。

Abstract: Empowerment was introduced into the research area of construction project management, which for resolving the problem of the motivating construction project manager. It is an effective means to arouse self-efficacy of project managers. Moreover project managers are highly responsive to empowerment. Combining with the common agency of construction project, the paper suggests empowerment of project managers is special. Based on the analysis of previous researches, Chinese perspective plays an important role in the research of empowerment. The research also has multiple complexity and integrity.
