［摘　要]　以上海浦东国际机场二期航站区工程为案例，阐述了工程项目管理“1+2”模式（即以指挥部为管理核心，聘请管理总承包和工程监理共同组成项目管理的有机系统）及在项目管理方面的创新实践与优势，该实践为我国大型工程项目管理提供了一种新的且可以借鉴的思路。

Abstract: Taking the second phase of terminal project in Shanghai Pudong airport as an example, expounds the innovations and advantages of “1+2” model （i.e., taking the commander office as the core of management, employing management contracting and project supervision, so as to form an integrated system of project management） in project management. This project provides a new and can learning way for the management of large-scale construction project.
