［摘　要]　针对地方建筑“龙头”企业所面临的生存环境进行调研与分析，提出摆脱地方思维和管理模式的束缚，尽快确立自身优势，通过高端项目彰显实力，以大项目为核心实施人才复制和科技创新，实施“大客户”管理战略以逐步确立企业在一些地域及某些领域的优势地位，是地方建筑“龙头”企业应选择的路径。

Abstract: Studies and analyzes the survival conditions faced by local leading construction enterprises, puts forward the survival path for local leading construction enterprises is to get rid of the limits of local thinking mode and management mode, to find out their own advantages, to show their strong enterprise forces through high-end projects, to train more talents and carry out technological innovation based on large projects, to adopt“big client” management strategy and to gradually establish their own advantages in certain regions and fields.
