建筑业企业竞争强度评价模型研究

[摘 要] 在同一建筑市场里,不同的建筑企业会有不同的竞争压力和竞争结果。本研究运用计量经济学原理阐述企业竞争强度概念,构建相应的评价模型,并以江苏建筑业为例验证了模型的有效性。研究得出的企业竞争强度指数可供企业在拟定竞争战略和政府在制定产业调控政策时参考。[关键词] 建筑市场,企业竞争强度,评价模型,企业规模分布Abstract: Construction firms in different sizes have inconsistent competitive pressure and competition outcomes. With the theories of econometrics, this paper presents a concept of competition intensity of individual enterprises (CIIE), develops a model for quantifying it, and illustrates the effectiveness with Jiangsu construction industry.
