［摘　要]　基于建筑信息模型（BIM）在实施过程中的障碍及云计算的优势，对云计算和BIM的结合进行研究，构建了云&BIM系统，包括项目参与者、终端设备、应用程序、数据类型和云服务器在内的实施五层框架，最后通过案例分析了其优势与潜力，以便更好地推进BIM的应用。

Abstract: Based on the obstacles of Building Information Modeling（BIM） in the advancing process and advantage of cloud computing, researches the combination of BIM and cloud computing, establishes the BIM & cloud system including project participants, terminal equipment, application, date and cloud server. At last, discusses its benefits through an case introduction, in order to advance the application of BIM.
