［摘　要]　需求分析是管理信息系统开发过程中最重要的一个环节。管理信息系统开发的成功与否在很大程度上取决于需求分析的质量。以清华大学基建管理信息系统开发过程为例，对用户需求分析的步骤、开发思路以及分析方法进行深入研究，以建立满足用户需求的管理信息系统。

Abstract: The demand analysis is the most important link in the development of the management information system. Whether the information systems can be a success is largely depends on the quality of the demand analysis. This paper takes Tsinghua University as an example, makes a in-depth research on the steps, development ideology and analysis methods of user requirement analysis, in order to establish the management information system that can satisfy the customers' needs.
