［摘　要]　以某EPC工程总承包企业为例进行实证研究，介绍平衡记分卡的导入流程及对企业战略实施的促进作用。平衡计分卡可以把EPC工程总承包企业的长期战略和短期行动有机联系起来，使战略在企业中更为有效地传递，保障企业战略的有效实施。

Abstract: This paper taking one EPC general contractor enterprise as a example, introduces import process of the Balanced Score Card（BSC） and acceleration effect of strategy execution to enterprise. The BSC combine the long-term strategy and short-term operations of the general contractor, in order to enable more effective delivery of the strategy in the enterprise and ensure the effective implementation of the corporate strategy.
