［摘　要]　在识别业主再分配风险清单的基础上，通过问卷调查就业主再分配风险清单中的风险事项对承包商可能产生影响的重要程度进行评价，绘制出业主再分配风险重要程度象限分布图；其次，通过建立业主再分配风险响应决策模型，揭示了承包商进行风险响应决策机理；最后，通过对业主再分配风险控制流程进行分析，描述了承包商在施工过程中对业主再分配风险的控制过程。

Abstract: Based on the list of reallocated risks for contractor, evaluates the importance of each risk in the list of reallocated risks through questionnaire, draws the distribution figure in quadrants. Then, reveals the mechanism through establishing the model of risk response decision to the reallocated risks for the contractor. Finally, describes the contractors' risk control process during the construction process through the analysis of control process towards reallocated risks.
