夹层融资在我国房地产融资中的应用

[摘 要] 目前,我国诸多房地产公司资产负债率居高不下,如何解决资金问题成为房地产公司的头等大事。总结我国房地产企业的融资现状并结合夹层融资的特点和运作模式,探讨夹层融资在我国房地产融资中的可行性,以期解决我国房地产企业的融资问题,建立健全我国房地产市场的金融体制,促进我国房地产市场健康稳定发展。[关键词] 房地产融资,融资现状,夹层融资,可行性Abstract: Now, many real estate companies' asset-liability ratio stay particularly high, so how to solve the capital problem becomes a top priority of the real estate company.
