［摘　要]　由于工程量清单计价模式和定额计价模式在工程量计算规则上的不同，在运用变电工程工程量清单计价规范时，常常会产生综合单价“失真”的情况，本文在分析综合单价“失真”产生的原因、造成的不良影响，及2011版新规范对“失真”的改变的基础上探讨消除这一问题的方法和途径。

Abstract: Due to the model of valuation and the pattern of valuation with fixed quantity have different calculation rules, when using the substation project code of valuation, often produces“distortion” of comprehensive unit price. Based on analyzing the reason of distortion, bad effects and the change of 2011 new regulation to distortion, discusses the method and way to solve the question.
