［摘　要]　结合工作实践和经验，论述可行性研究阶段投资估算的编制方法和需要注意的内容，包括认真做好前期计划、多渠道收集和分析资料、按费用构成逐项进行费用计算、进一步核校估算成果等，并把每一环节的工作做扎实。

Abstract: Connecting with working practice and experience, discusses the compilation method and announcements in of investment estimates in feasibility study phase, including doing work of good early days, collecting and analyzing materials from multi-channel, costing term by term by the composition of cost, check assessment result, and should do solid every work.
