［摘　要]　从现代项目管理理论与方法在建设项目成本管理中的应用入手，介绍了全寿命周期成本管理、全过程成本管理、全面成本管理三种主流理论发展和应用情况，经对比分析，提出了适合我国现阶段建设项目投资成本管理的理论模式——基于项目管理活动的全过程投资成本管理。

Abstract: With the application of modern management theories and methods in cost management during construction project, introduces the development and application of whole life cost control, whole process cost control and total cost control. Through comparative analysis, offers a management model——whole process invest cost management based on project management, which suits present stage in our country.
