［摘　要]　根据实际工作提出民营建筑企业在经营过程中可能遇到的各种风险，针对这些风险，从法律意识、工程承接、承包人选、过程控制等方面提出相应的控制方法，以使民营建筑企业稳健运行，持续发展。

Abstract: Based on the actual work, the paper points out all sorts of problem in the business course of private construction enterprise, and propose the control method from some aspects such as legal consciousness, undertaking project, contractor and process control, in order to make private construction enterprise steady movement and sustain growth.
