[摘 要] 为建立与业主之间的良好关系、提高项目的合作绩效、促进企业的长期发展,建筑企业应培育强大的客户关系能力。在强调客户关系能力的重要性,分析建筑企业客户、客户关系、客户关系能力的内涵和特点的基础上,构建了包括客户关系支撑能力和客户关系行为能力的建筑企业客户关系能力要素体系。

Abstract: Construction enterprises should develop strong customer relational capability,to establish good relationships with their customers, improve project performance, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. This paper emphasizes the importance of customer relational capability, then analyzes the connotation and character of customers, customer relationships and customer relational capability of construction enterprises, and establishes a system, which including customer relational supporting capability and customer relational behavior capability.
