［摘　要]　基于 MPIMS定制的基本理念和三维构架，研究多项目建设投资管控定制系统，该系统针对人员管理、进度管理及资金管理，构建了含有严格的工作流和权限管理的项目管理生命周期模块。实现对建设行业投资项目的全过程、全方位、强流程的信息管理，提高管控效率。

Abstract: Based on the Multi-Project Investment Management system（MPIMS）'s concepts and 3-tier system，develops the customization of MPIMS. Especially, the module of program management contains the strict work flow and access control, which points at the function of human management, schedule management and capital management. MPIMS can realize the all personnel and strong processes management in all areas of the investment program's information management in construction industry, to improve the efficiency.
