［摘　要]　措施筋虽不是结构受力钢筋，但为保证施工质量而不可缺少。因其设置要求不清楚、计算依据不确定，由此带来工程量结算时的较多争议。就措施筋的种类、使用及计算依据阐述具体看法，供同业参考。

Abstract: Measures reinforced is not the stressed steel, but it is indispensable in order to guaranty building quality. Because the setting requirement of it is not yet clear, and calculating basis is not doubtless, there are more controversies in engineering settlement. This paper expounds the view of the kinds, use and calculation basis of measures reinforced, to provide a reference for the same industry personnel.
