［摘　要]　从分析企业定额的重要性出发，客观地分析企业定额应用的现状，从市场监管机制、企业管理层面、从业人员素质等方面剖析造成企业定额应用不足原因，并进一步提出解决企业定额应用不足的思路。

Abstract: Based on the importance analysis of enterprise quota, objectively analyzes the situation of its application, finds out the reason of applications insufficient from the aspects of market regulation mechanisms, business management and employed person, and propose the solving thinking.
