［摘　要]　基于我国民营建筑施工企业发展现状和近几年统计数据，认为民营建筑施工企业的发展落后于国有建筑企业和行业发展水平，且发展差距有逐渐拉大的趋势。从民营建筑施工企业的产生、演化和发展过程分析了民营建筑施工企业发展落后的原因，并提出了发展的对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the current status and statistical data of private construction industry in China, this paper believes the development level of private construction companies lags behind the state-owned enterprise and the industry average, and the gap has an increasing current. At last, analyzes the cause of the backwardness of private construction industry based on its advent, evolvement and development, and makes related suggestions.
