［摘　要]　标准化作业是我国大型企业实现规范化、程序化、信息化运行努力的方向。介绍了施工作业标准化的发展现状，并结合工程建设施工作业特点阐述了施工作业标准化系统的构建，提出培养遵标意识，增强执行能力，加强创新技术应用是施工作业标准化有效实现的关键。

Abstract: Standardized operation is the direction of efforts to realize the standardization, informatization and normalization. Introduces the development status standardized operation system, explore the establishing of standardized operation system combining with the character of construction operation, and point out that training consciousness of following standard, strengthen executive capacity and application of new technologies are the keys to realize the construction standardized operations effectively.
