［摘　要]　以战略联盟思想建构校企合作运行机制，是培养应用型人才和优化地区产业结构，促进地区经济发展的需要。在引入战略联盟理论的基础上，研究了校企战略联盟的主要内容，探索了校企联盟的运行机制构建，并以福建工程学院为实证，展示了校企战略联盟的成效与前景。

Abstract: Establishing the operation mechanism of university-enterprise strategic alliance based on strategic alliance ideas, is the need of training application-oriented personnel, optimizing the structure of regional industrial structure, and promoting regional economic development. Based on the strategic alliance theory, studies the main contents of university-enterprise strategic alliance, explores the construction of operation mechanism, and shows the effect and prospect with the practice of FuJian University of Technology.
